Abstract

The invention relates to a device which causes a safety locking of the electrical contactor of faulty ventilator thermocontacts or the like. The device is placed in the thermocontact element. It comprises a stationary contact (5), a movable contact (6), a safety return spring (11), and one or more pins or weld seams (12) made of a eutectic alloy and meltable at a predetermined temperature.
