Abstract

The telephone distribution frame 11 according to the invention is characterised in that it is provided with a central supervisor which controls a collection of robots which provide automatic insertion and removal of the jumpers 6 and maintenance operations. The robots consist of two lateral tool-holder carriages which move along each of the faces of the distribution frame whilst horizontal shuttles 10 and vertical shuttles 9 move inside the latter to provide for the automatic running of the jumpers 6.

Le répartiteur téléphonique est situe entre l'autoconutateur et les cables d'abonnes . Il est constitue le plus souvent, par une travée métallique qui soutient les tetes de cables d'abonnes sur une face et les réglettes d'equipements téléphoniques sur l'autre. Les réglettes sont reliées aux cables d'abonnes avec des "jarretieres" qui assurent la continuite electrique entre équipement telephonique et constitution d'abonné.
TELEPHONIC DISTRIBUTOR
