Abstract

The invention relates to a suction-type sheet holding appliance providing perfect accuracy in the milling depth when machining materials made of sheets of large dimensions. The device consists of a ring pierced with holes connected to a vacuum pump. This ring is placed under the milling head and holds the material to be machined down at the milling location. It is thus possible to observe the prescribed depth dimensions perfectly. This device is particularly suited to working on materials made of sheets of large size without requiring specific clamping.

Dans ces conditions, la cote de profondeur de fraisage n'est plus respectée et les écarts peuvent atteindre plusieurs dixièmes, voire un demi-millimèttre, ce qui est inacceptable.
