The subject of the present invention is a tampon of

  1.- Pavement manhole cover presenting   minus an operating box (5) on its face-   upper (4) characterized in that a hole (7) with an oblique S X-X axis is drilled on the upper face (4) of the plug, opening into the operating casing (5) tangentially to its bottom.   2.- Buffer according to claim 1 characterized in that the hole (7) makes an angle a with the face   upper (4) of the buffer between 30 and 70.
