Abstract

<P> The fixing device is remarkable in that the jewelry holder plate and the clamping tab have on their face applied against the front and rear faces of the lobe of the ear, zones Z1, Z2, Z3 in relief arranged. in such a way that they provide by local compression a firm hold of the ornament on said lobe. </ P>

Description

The invention relates to a device for fixing

earrings.

The object of the invention relates to the technical sector of jewelery articles of the type earrings

to pinch.

The ear ornaments held at the level of the lobe by pinching between a jewelry holder plate and a clamping tab with an elastic connection relative to the plate, are not always effective either because their pinch system is out of date, or because the lobe of the ear does not have a configuration that allows for a pinch of the finery. To remedy these drawbacks and ensure a reliable but not traumatic nipping in all circumstances,

the fixing device according to the invention has been developed.

For this purpose, and according to a first characteristic, the jewel-holder plate and the gripping tab have, on their face applied against the front and rear faces of the ear lobe, relief zones arranged in such a way that they ensure by local compressions a firm hold of

the adornment on said lobe.

According to another feature, the relief zones are constituted for one of the fastening portions of two substantially hemispherical zones, offset in height and spaced apart in width, and for the other part of

fixation, an elongate zone with a substantially semi-

which is positioned so as to be located between the hemispherical zones when the plate and the paw of

pinching are applied on both sides of the lobe.

Another feature is that the two hemispherical relief zones are arranged on the nip, while the elongate relief zone is formed on the platen; said zones being positioned in the upper part at the opposite of the point of connection of the -2 -

platinum and paw.

According to other features, the raised areas are directly formed on the plate and on the leg, or they are reported and formed by elements of semi-rigid or flexible material.

  These and other characteristics

from the description that follows.

To fix the object of the invention without however limiting it, in the attached drawing: FIG. 1 is a schematic view & character

showing the principle of the device according to the invention.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating

  an embodiment of the device.

FIG. 3 is a plan view corresponding to the

figure 2.

Figure 4 is a side view of the adornment

applied on an earlobe.

FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line 5-5 of FIG. 3 showing a variant of FIG.

realization of the relief zones.

FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line 6-6 of FIG. 3 showing another variant of FIG.

realization of the relief zones.

In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described in a nonlimiting manner in

referring to the exemplary embodiments of the figures of the drawings.

The ear jewelery (P) of this type includes any jewel <B) whose rear face (B1Y is arranged to receive by any means such as gluing, welding, brazing, clipping, one of the fasteners namely : a plate <1) whose visible face (la) is intended to be

applied against the back side (L1) of the earlobe (L).

Note that the plate (i) may be limited to a fixing surface in the upper part of the face (B1) and to a connecting surface with the other fixing element in the lower part of the face (B1) as illustrated in Figure 4. On the other hand, the plate <1) can be directly constituted by the face <(B) of the jewel. In its lower part, the plate (1) is connected to a clamping tab (2), generally via a hinge (3) with elastic return of the tab against the plate for pinching the lobe, without however exclude other possibilities such as platinum and tab in one piece, the tab being realistic with a capacity for elastic deformation at the lower link with the plate; According to one of the features of the invention, in order to ensure a firm and reliable attachment of the adornment on earlobes of any configuration, the platinum and the pinch tab preferably represent in their upper part the opposite of their connecting point, relief zones formed on their face (la) and (2a) intended to be

applied on the faces (L1 - L2) of the lobe.

These zones are dimensioned and arranged so that they ensure the firm maintenance of the set by local compressions of the lobe. For this purpose, and as illustrated schematically in FIG. 1, two zones (Z1) and (Z2) of substantially hemispherical shape are formed on one of the elements (plate or lug) offset in the height and spaced apart in the width, while a third zene (Z3) of elongate shape with substantially semicircular section is formed on the other element (tab or platinum) in a provision such that this zone is located between z = nes (Z1) and (22) when the platen and the pinch tab are applied on both sides of the lobe, thereby creating

alternating deformations of the lobe reinforcing fixation.

In a preferred manner, the zone 2 (Z3) is formed on the plate (1) in the form of a bar or a material deformation (1b), and the zones (Z1) and (Z2) ) are made on the lug (2) either directly in the thickness, as the bosses <2b) illustrated in Figures 2, 3, 4 and 6, or reportedly, as shown in Figure 5 o the relief zen are constituted for example by pads <4) of semi-rigid or flexible material and shaped to be engaged by deformation in orifices (2c) of the tab and be retained between a shoulder <4a) and the part

hemispherical (4b) support against the lobe.

Of course, the raised areas can be made in any other equivalent way without this

depart from the scope of the invention.

In order to improve the fixation, it is further provided, as shown in FIG. 6, to pierce <2d) the bosses (2b)

to create a suction effect.

The advantages are apparent from the description. we

underlines again the firm and reliable mwintien of the adornments thus made thanks to the carefully combined zones of relief which create with the pinching local rolls of flesh

alternate with depressions.
