Abstract

The present invention relates to a signalling device for pedestrians intending to cross a roadway. This device emits light signals which authorise or forbid the pedestrians to cross a roadway and, arranged in at least one element forming a casing 1 installed at the edge of the roadway C or near this edge, and whose upper face, or face 2 parallel to the roadway, emits light signals which are consequently perfectly visible to a pedestrian since his line of sight will naturally fall on the upper face 2 when walking. This device may constitute a curb element in towns and be associated with the operation of a traffic light for the motor vehicles.

Claims

1.
