Abstract

Claims

1 - Method for ensuring the training of dogs for cleanliness, characterized in that it consists in exploiting a bioelectric signal generated by the contraction of the animal's gluteal muscles initiating the process of expelling its excrement to activate a control member (8) transmitting a radio signal to a first receiver (10) carried by the animal, which provides a first sound unpleasantly perceived by the latter to immediately stop said process, to be supplied with said first receiver after a given time delay, a second signal perceived this time by the animal in a pleasant manner and to be commanded after cessation of the emission of the second sound, a first radio transmitter (17), also carried by the animal, for the remote control of a second receiver (19) located in a predetermined place where the animal is only allowed to defecate and providing a third pleasant sound, identical to the s econd, so that upon hearing said sound from said second receiver, the animal goes to said place to meet its needs.

2 - Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the sounds emitted by the first, second and third speakers (12, 15, 11) correspond to a sound or ultrasonic frequency.

3 - Method according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the transmission over time of the emission of the first unpleasant sound by separating it from the subsequent emission of the second pleasant sound controlled by the first receiver (10) worn by the animal, then the emission of the third pleasant sound emitted by the second receiver (19) located at the authorized place (4).

4 - Method according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, at the authorized place (4), in the vicinity of the second transmitter, there is a detector (23) of presence of the animal on said place, suitable to be controlled by the transmitter of the transmitter 25, a third receiver (27) carried by the animal and actuating a cut-off relay (29) of the unpleasant sound to authorize the animal to satisfy its needs on said place without being disturbs.

5 - Device for implementing the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises a probe (7) for detecting contractions of the gluteal muscles of the animal, associated with a control member ( 8) signal transmitter, the probe and the control member being together arranged on or in the vicinity of the animal (1), a first receiver (10) triggered by the duck member, carried by the animal and actuating successively a first loudspeaker (12) delivering the unpleasant sound, then a second loudspeaker (15) delivering after delay the pleasant sound replacing the unpleasant sound, a first transmitter (17) also carried by the animal delivering a radio signal at short range, actuating a second receiver (19) located in a place (4) where the animal is authorized to defecate, this second receiver controlling a third loudspeaker (21) delivering a third sound identical to the second, in order to allow the animal to establish a relationship between his pleasant appearance and the authorized place to which he will go, a presence detector (23) capable of reacting to the presence of the animal on the authorized place to activate a third transmitter (25) delivering a radio signal actuating a third receiver (27) carried by the animal and controlling a cut-off relay (29) to stop the emission of the unpleasant sound and allow the animal to meet its needs without being disturbs.

6 - Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the detection probe (7) is of the probe type for electro-cardiogram, implanted on the skin of one animal (1) or fixed against it permanently, 1 ' control member (8) consisting of a short range micro-transmitter, triggered by the signal supplied by the probe.

7 - Device according to one of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the transmitter (17), the first (10) and the third (27) receivers, the first (12) and the second (15) speakers are miniaturized components, mounted in the collar (3) of the animal (1) with an electrical power supply of suitable power, of the commercial battery type.

8 - Device according to any of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the second receiver (19), the second transmitter (25), the presence detector (23) and the third speaker (21) are located together in a housing (6), preferably sealed, carried by an aedicule (5) or the like at the place (4) where the animal is allowed to defecate.

9 - Device according to claim 8, characterized in that pedicle (5) or any other surface of the authorized place, has a coloring, contrasting widely with the surrounding environment in order to facilitate, for the animal, the assimilation of the authorized place with the sound received.

10 - Device according to any one of claims 5 to 9, characterized in that it comprises between the first receiver (10) and the first transmitter (17) a time relay (13) so as to defer the respective times of resignation of the unpleasant sound and pleasant sound from the first (12) and second (15) speakers carried by the animal (1).

11 - Device according to any of claims 5 to 10, characterized in that it also includes a cut-off relay (29) between the third receiver (27) and the first speaker (12) intended to stop the transmission unpleasant sound when the animal is on the authorized place.

12 - Device according to claim 11, characterized in that a time relay (22) is also provided between the second receiver (19) and the third speaker (21) delivering pleasant sound on the authorized place (4) for stop the emission when the animal has reached said place by being identified by the presence detector (23).
