Abstract
L'invention concerne des laitiers de ciments dont le fluide de mélange consiste en une émulsion huile-dans-eau. Le domaine d'application est étendu aux laitiers allégés, et aux laitiers lourds, c'est-à-dire entre 12 et 18 ppg (1,4 et 2,2 g/cm**3). Applications aux ciments pétroliers.

L630431
1 Laitiers de ciment présentant un bon contrôle du fil-
trat. La demande de brevet français N 87 15 334 déposée le 03 Novembre 1987, décrit des compositions de ciment pour application à la cimentation des puits de forage, notamment de pétrole, de gaz, d'eau, geothermiques. Ces laitiers sont caractérisés par le fait que le fluide de mélange consiste en une émulsion huile-dans-eau. Le laitier obtenu présente un contrôle du filtrat tout à
fait remarquable.
L'enseignement de cette demande est incorporé ici pour référence.
La présente invention permet de vérifier que les ci-
ments avec fluide de mélange en émulsion peuvent être
préparés dans toute la gamme d'utilisation, c'est-à-
dire, depuis les laitiers "allégés" aux laitiers "lourds". On sait que ces deux types extrêmes de laitiers posent
des problèmes spécifiques aux ingénieurs du pétrole.
I1 s'agit en fait de classes de laitiers dont le com-
portement est très nettement différent de celui des
laitiers de densité "normale".
Le domaine des laitiers allégés s'étend entre 12 et 14 ppg (ppg pounds/gallons; soit 1,4 et 1,7 g/cm3); i celui des laitiers lourds se situe au-dessus de 16 ppg
(1,9 g/cm3). L'invention s'applique également au sec-
teur particulier des laitiers allégés et salés, qui
combine les problèmes particuliers posés par les lai-
tiers allégés et par les laitiers salés. Laitiers à basse densité Les laitiers allégés sont en général utilisés pour les cimentations de la partie du puits proche de la surface c'est-a-dire en fait à relativement basse température (moins de 185 F, 850 C). Cependant, dans le cas de puits géothermiques, il peut être nécessaire d'utiliser un
laitier de basse densité dont les propriétés soient sa-
tisfaisantes à haute température. Le tableau 1 montre qu'en mélangeant le ciment avec une émulsion huile dans l'eau, on obtient un excellent contrôle des pertes de filtrat, même lorsque la densité est aussi basse que 12 ppg (1,43 g/cm3), les autres propriétés des laitiers
étant elles aussi satisfaisantes.
Laitiers à haute densité
Pour cimenter les puits très profonds, il est plus sou-
vent nécessaire d'employer des laitiers dont la densité est suffisante pour empêcher la migration des fluides de la formation vers la surface ou d'une zone à l'autre.

1 Le tableau 2 montre qu'à 18 ppg (2,15 g/cm3), le con-
trôle de filtrat est très bien assure, même à haute température, alors que la rhéologie, le temps de prise et la résistance à la compression restent tout à fait acceptables. Laitiers salés à basse densité
Lors du placement dans l'annulaire, le laitier peut en-
trer en contact avec des formations de chlorure de so-
dium; pour éviter leur dissolution, l'homme de l'art utilisera une composition contenant une grande quantité de sel. Dans le tableau 3, on voit que l'émulsion huile dans l'eau utilisée comme fluide de gachage du laitier procure d'excellentes propriétés au système Jusqu'à
185 F (850 C).

Claims (4)
- REVENDICATIONS1> Compositions de laitiers de ciment selon l'une quel-conque des revendications 1 à 11 du brevet principal,dans lesquelles le fluide de mélange est une émulsionhuile-dans-eau stabilisée par au moins un agent tensio-actif, caractérisées en ce que la densité du laitier est, soit comprise entre 12 et 14 ppg (soit entre 1,4et 1,7 g/cm3) soit supérieure à 16 ppg (1,9 g/cm3).
- 2) Compositions selon la revendication 1, caractérisées en ce que la densité du laitier comprise entre 12 et 14 ppg (1,4 - 1,7 g/cm3) et en ce que le laitier contient% de chlorure de sodium.
- 3) Compositions selon la revendication 1 ou 2,carac-térisées en ce qu'elles contiennent du sable de silice.
- 4) Compositions selon l'une quelconque des revendica-tions 1 à 3 caractérisées en ce que le tensio-actif estun nonylphénolsulfate éthoxylé (30 OE).) Procédé de cimentation de l'annulaire de puits deforage tels que pétroliers, de gaz, d'eau, géothermi-ques, caractérisé en ce que l'on pompe dans l'annulai-re du puits une composition selon l'une quelconque desrevendications 1 à 4.
