Abstract

A paper or document holder consists of a board (3) made from a semi-rigid material with a triangular-section tube (2) along one edge. The tube has a slit adjacent to the board and possesses sufficient flexibility to allow the slit to be opened for the insertion of papers and to retain them once inserted. In order to facilitate the opening of the tube's slit it is equipped with a pair of handles (4) which allow an additional pressure to be applied to the tube for inserting papers. A slotted tubular spring (1) is fitted over the triangular-section tube to give it greater clamping pressure, and the handles can be made in one piece from the same material as the board and triangular-section tube. ADVANTAGE - More convenient to operate.

Claims
