Abstract

The device allows a baby's nappy to be changed over a bath, therefore without occupying any extra floor surface. It is formed from a tray 1 fixed using screws or rivets 2 to a frame 3 having a shape which allows it to be supported on the edges of any bath 4 and connected by hinges 5 to two brackets 6 fixed to the wall 7 using screws, suction pads or adhesive 8. The parts of the frame 3 which bear on the edges of the bath are fitted with elastic pads 9. When the tray is raised with the frame, it pivots around hinges 5 and the tray clips into a catch while keeping at a distance from the wall, which allows a changing mat, which can be fixed to the tray, to be stored.
