Abstract
The present invention relates to a light buoy or float for night tracking at sea, lakes or rivers. The aim of the invention is to create a light buoy with unfailing reliability and high efficiency for locating at night, at sea, rivers, lakes, etc. (all liquid elements), of an object or submerged body; with the important particularity of becoming luminous as soon as it is immersed in water, and that without intervention of any kind. The light buoy consists of a bulky hollow body 1 which contains in its tapered lower part an accumulator or battery 2, the negative pole of which is connected to a metallic piano wire 3 forming a loop at its lower part. A metal ring 8 connected to a bulb and in particular a light-emitting diode LED 6 surrounds the lower part of the buoy. The upper part of the buoy has a reflector 4 surmounted by a sphere of transparent material 5. A resistor 7 with an approximate value of 500 ohms is inserted on the circuit between the LED and the positive pole of the battery. This for a longer life of said battery in seawater (approximately 48 hours) without affecting the intensity of the luminous flux of the LED.

The light buoy consists of a bulky hollow body (1) which contains in its tapered lower part an accumulator or battery (2) whose negative pole is connected to a metal piano wire (3) forming a loop at its lower part . The upper part of the buoy comprises a reflector (4) surmounted by a sphere of transparent material (5). A resistor (7) with an approximate value of 500 ohms is interposed on the circuit between the LED and the positive pole of the battery. This for a longer life of said battery seawater (48 hours) without affecting the intensity of the LED light flow. o In fact, it must be known that the resistivity of the water or aquatic medium between the two electrodes (3) and (8) makes it necessary to provide an accumulator or battery of 6 volts for the good

A noter que la forme effilée de la bouée, le poids de la pile, de la bague (8) et de la corde à piano (3) situe le centre de gravité suffisamment bas pour que la bouée lumineuse se trouve toujours en position de fonctionnement ( immersion de la partie basse comportant la corde à piano (3) et la bague métallique (8) ce qui permet en permanence le passage Note that the tapered shape of the buoy, the weight of the stack, the ring (8) and the piano wire (3) places the center of gravity low enough so that the light buoy is always in operating position (immersion of the lower part comprising the piano string (3) and the metal ring (8) which allows the passage permanently
