Description

This Addition Certificate concerns various

  variants to the system described in the Main Patent.

  This system is intended for the individual removal of bags or sachets made of thin plastic film such as polyethylene from bundles of large quantities of such sachets, so as to easily take each sachet

  while opening it at the same time ready for use.

  According to the main patent, such a result is obtained thanks to a system in which all of the sachets are rigidly immobilized against a support panel so that, by a slight traction on the external surface of a sachet, parallel to the surface of said panel, said bag is detached from a tongue held over its entire length

against the panel.

  Such a system can still be the subject of a criticism according to which, once the sachet is detached, said tab is definitively lost, which, if one takes into account the enormous quantity of sachets consumed, represents a total of

significant loss of material.

  To eliminate this criticism, the present invention relates to a second variant of this system, according to which there is provided, instead of a rectilinear precut line defining a continuous tongue, precut lines rounded around the bolts on which the screws are screwed

  wing nuts for securing and compressing the bags.

  The same process as in the first variant, namely a traction on the surface of the bag parallel to the support panel, will determine the detachment of the bag, of which only the zones situated around said bolts inside said precut lines will remain fixed by said nuts against the panel. These areas representing only a relatively small fraction of the complete tab of the first variant, this therefore results in a saving of material which becomes very significant when it is multiplied by the tens of millions of sachets used each month. Although the standard spacing of the bolts for fixing the bundles of bags to the support panel is satisfactory for the implementation of this second variant, it should be noted that it is desirable that said bolts are as close as possible to the vertical edges of the bags to further improve the detachment process, and it is therefore desirable, in the context of the invention, to provide a

  spacing of these bolts greater than the standard spacing.

  Furthermore, it is also planned, within the framework of the invention, to perforate the sachets at the locations of these bolts by using for this purpose a heating cone, which has the double advantage of allowing perforation, therefore the use, thicker bundles, and determine a seal of the bags to each other at the locations o, by

  detachment, the material of the bags remains against the panel.

  The shape of the pre-cut line can be any, for example circular around each bolt, but it is preferable that said line continues to the edge

top of each bag.

  Finally, according to a last characteristic of the invention, the front panel which covers the bundle by cooperating with the lateral edges of the support panel can advantageously include a cap coming to fold over the upper field of the bundle, thus forming an anti-theft device for said bundle. In this case, said front panel covering the entire front face of the system, will no longer comprise a simple notch, but a window, delimited by lateral bands extending over the entire

system height.

System according to claim 1 of the main patent, characterized in that said sachets are immobilized against said panel by nuts screwed onto bolts integral with said panel and passing through perforations of said sachets, precut lines being provided around said perforations and constituting primers for separating said sachets. 2. System according to claim 1, characterized in that said perforations are spaced from the gap standard.   3. System according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in   that said precut lines surround said perforations.   4. System according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in   that said precut lines continue until upper edge of the bag.   5. System according to any one of claims 1 to 4,   characterized in that said perforations are made on all the bags of a bundle by means of cones heated.   6. System according to any one of claims 1 to 5,   characterized in that the front panel covering the bundle by cooperating with the lateral flanges of the support panel comprises a cover coming to fold over the   upper field of the bundle by forming an anti-theft device.   7. System according to claim 6, characterized in that said front panel comprises a window delimited by   side bands extending over the entire height of the system.
