Total hip prosthesis with primary fixation, consisting of three main parts: - a threaded femoral stem; - an acetabular cup; - a prosthetic neck, topped by a sphere, joining the stem to the cup, characterised in that, in the operational position, the thread on the femoral stem is an anticlockwise screw thread.

De manière connue,les prothèses de hanche à fixation primaire comprennent essentiellement trois parties, à savoir
- une tige fémorale filetée, destinée à être insérée dans le fémur
- une cupule cotyloïdienne, destinée à venir s'enga gel dans la cavité cotyloidienne de la hanche considérée;
