Abstract

Description

 The present invention relates to a modification at the end, at the beginning and / or during the process of manufacturing knitted or knitted woven articles obtained on knitting looms of all types.

 All knitted items are traditional both in their manufacturing process and in their use. Their dimensions are stable, there are slight changes in size after use or washing depending on the nature of the son or fibers used.

 The present invention relates to the use of a removable yarn I (fig. 1) which renews the processes for manufacturing knitted articles, increases their interest by a more economical system having new functional, aesthetic, ornamental and playful characteristics.

 The present invention relates to a removable yarn I knitting at the end of knitting (fig. I) and / or during knitting (fig. 2) used during the manufacture of clothing or any other knitted articles. The dimensions can be modified by simple pulling (fig 3 & 4) after removal of the removable thread 1. This removable thread I is also usable at the start of knitting and / or during knitting and gives a similar result.

 The dismantling is done by simple traction until the stop zone determined in advance.  Thanks to this system, for example, a garment the size of a child's knit is made, after removal of the removable thread 1, an adult garment is obtained.

 After unraveling the knitted fabric has flexible meshes that are more or less wide and long depending on the threads or fibers used and the settings of the machines or looms used.

 After removal of the removable yarn I, a multidirectional elongation (that is to say in length and width) of the knitted fabric is obtained. This removable yarn I can be used either one stitch out of two or more depending on the type of knitting: jersey, rib, fancy, all stitches allowing continuous and regular enamelling and according to the desired final dimensional result.

 This process can be used on the entire article or on certain areas provided for the advance, it more or less considerably increases the multidirectional dimensions of the article by simple pulling after removing the removable wire I depending on the location of this thread at the end, at the start and / or during work.

 This process can be used for clothing, underwear, footwear, scarves, but for curtains, sheers, blankets, sleeping bags, covers, draperies, rescue tubes for aircraft or buildings using appropriate threads or fibers, hammocks, fishing nets, shopping nets, nets and packaging bags, various applications in the building and in industries using metallic threads or fibers capable of being knitted.

The rest of the knitting remains stable and can be changed at any time and in any place by simply removing the removable yarn 1 and stretching.  5 - Process for manufacturing knitted articles according to 1 characterized in that the products can be used not only in the textile industry but in any industry which can use this process applied with suitable threads or fibers.
