Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanised toothbrush with manual control. According to the invention, the brush head comprises at least one group of brush bristles 2 which is mounted in a slide guided in a slideway parallel to the casing, so as to hold the brushes trapped, leaving them a freedom of alternating longitudinal and lateral displacement, where a mini-ellipse of brushing surface is described with deformation which can be modulated into a saw tooth with each alternating displacement of the handle. Description

 The invention relates to a mechanized toothbrush with manual control, of the type comprising at least one group of small brushes driven by an alternating longitudinal and lateral movement in which a mini-rotation is registered.

 Before going into the invention, it is advisable to recall the numerous attempts made in the search for a mechanized brush head without any energy input other than the hand.

 In a first generation of toothbrushes, said to be static, that is to say only animated manually, attempts have been made to improve brushing by different types of implantation of bristles and by seeking different forms of handles.
