LE DISPOSITIF EST CONSTITUE D'UN U EN FER 1 SOUDE 4 SUR LE PIED DE TABLE 3 PERCE DE DEUX TROUS DANS LESQUELS EST INTRODUIT LA BARRE FILANTE 2. LE VRILLAGE ASSURE LE BLOCAGE DE LA BARRE SUR LE PIED.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui permet le transport et la manutention, en grand nombre, des tables à huitres, en éléments séparés.
Le montage de ces différents éléments s'effestue rapidement et sans soudures, sur les lieux-mêmes d'élévage des huitres (parc à huitres). Planche 2/2 table à huitres essemblée par le dispositif (fig. 4):
(1) Dispositif d'assemblage proprement dit.
(2) Barre filante
(3) Pied de table.
Planche 1/2: échelle 1:
Fig. 1: le dispositif est constitué d'un fer plat de l'ordre de 50 millimètres de large
et de 3 millimètres d'épaisseur ces cotes pouvant varier en fonction du diamètre
des barres et des pieds (# 16 ou # 18).
Ce far plat (1) est percé, mis en forme puis soudé (4) en atelier sur le pied de table (3)
Pour réaliser le montage de la table, il suffit d'introduire les barres
filantes (2) dans les trous du fer plat du dispositif (fig 1 Fig 2) Pour en assurer le
blocage, il suffit de viller d'environ 1/8 ème de tour, à l#aide d'une clé à molette par
exemple, les deux parties supérieures du dispositif Fig. 3
Les orifices ronds du dispositif (1) par lesquels est introduite la barre filante
(2) sont séparés d'une distance correspondant au diamétre du pied de table (3= évitant
ainsi toutes rotations verticales et horizontales de la barre (2) sur le pied (3).

Claims (3)

Revendications
1) Dispositif d'assemblage rapide de table à huitres caractérisé en ce que la pièce (1)
est rendu solidaire de la pièce (3) par soudure (4)
2) Dispositif selon la revendication (1) caractérisé en ce que les orifices ronds du dispo
sitif (1) par lesquels est indroduite la barre filante (2) sont séparés d'une distance
correspondant au diamètre du pied de table (3) evitant ainsi toutes rotations verticales
et horizontales de la barre (2) sur le pied (3).
3) Dispositif elon le revendications 7 et 2 caractérisé en ce que l'immobilite complète
de la barre (2) est efféctuée par le village des parties supérieures du dispositif (1)
aussurant ainsi un blocage défintif de la barre (2) sur le pied (3).
