Le dispositif représenté sur les figures 1 & 2 montre cette poutre en I faite dans sa partie centrale d'une tôle ondulée (1) à ondulations verticales enfoncée à la presse dans deux bois rectangulaires (2) en lamellé colle si nécessaire avec chacun une butée (3) de section rectangulaire ou triangulaire cloués ou collés sur et sous les bois (2). Cette butée sert de cale à quatre tubes (4 ou 4A) (à nervures internes) posés deux par deux ou trois par trois sur et sous cette poutre. Les fixations de ces tubes par paires se font au moyen d'une double ceinture passée à travers la tôle (1) autour des bois (2) et tubes (4 ou 4A).En fig. 3 cette ceinture est faite d'un cable simple (5) traversant dans son milieu un manchon de section tubulaire (6) ou mieux de section triangulaire à angles arrondis (6A); les extrémités de ce cable (5) sont ramenées dans ce manchon (6 ou 6A) avant sertissage, pour former un trajet en forme de 8 autour des bois (2 & 3) et tubes (6 6A). Une fois serti, le manchon (6A) reprend une section de forme circulaire. Cette double ceinture peut aussi etre faite d'un cordage (7) à noeud simple d'extrémités passant deux fois dans une rondelle (8) (ou manchon rainuré intérieurement, ou mEme d'un écrou) pour se fixer sur le côté de la poutre en effectuant aussi un trajet en forme de 8 avec axe d'arret (9) à travers ce cordage. On renforce encore cette poutre en fixant des panneaux (10) contre ou entre les bois (2). Once crimped, the sleeve (6A) takes up a circular section. This double belt can also be made of a cord (7) with a single knot of ends passing twice through a washer (8) (or sleeve grooved internally, or even with a nut) to be fixed on the side of the beam by also performing an 8-shaped path with a stop pin (9) through this rope. This beam is further reinforced by fixing panels (10) against or between the woods (2).
