C'est l'ostréiculture.
L'ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUE DANS LE SECTEUR CONSIDERE
Actuellement, les tables ostréicoles sont fabriquées en fer rond. Elles sont constituées de deux pieds et de deux barres. Les tables ostréicoles sont d éposées dans les parcs en mer, à la suite les unes des autres. Les pieds de la table précédente servant de support à la suivante.
