Abstract

Device allowing the decontamination of materials, essentially radiological, medical, surgical or laboratory materials. The invention relates to a device allowing, by using ultraviolet light and the ozone produced, a germicidal action which generates improved prophylaxis. This device, pushed by an operator 5, consists of a wheeled box 1 including ventilation grilles 3 and containing the material 9 subjected to the action of the ultraviolet radiation tubes 7, as well as a device 8 intended to circulate air on the inside and remove heat, this box 1 being fitted with an opening system 2 in accordance with safety standards, with, on the outside, a control panel 4 which combines the various functions and the connection cable for the mains 6.
