Abstract

La présente invention concerne une agrafe chirurgicale destinée à réduire un foyer d'ostéotomie en attente de consolidation ou fixer un ligament artificiel ou anatomique avant sa réhabitation par l'os. Cette agrafe est caractérisée en ce que l'élément constituant le pont central 1 de l'agrafe est une plaque de largeur supérieure à celle des jambes 2 et dont les parties longitudinales débordantes 6, 6' de part et d'autre du pont 1 présentent une section droite arrondie suivant plusieurs rayons de courbure de valeur R, r allant en décroissant depuis la face inférieure 5 du pont 1 d'où partent les jambes 2 jusqu'à la face plane supérieure 4 parallèle à la face inférieure 5, les extrémités latérales dudit pont 1 étant elles-mêmes arrondies.
