The optical configuration for the multiplexing of laser pulses, characterised in that it consists of at least N synchronised laser sources 1, at least N.n generators of harmonics 2, at least N(n+1)-1 dichroic mirrors 3. The configuration according to the invention is particularly intended for combining N beams propagating light pulses emitted at the rate C in one (or more) wave of spectral frequency Fo into n beams propagating light pulses emitted at the rate N.C in a wave of spectral frequency F.
