Abstract

The invention relates to an accessory for copying slides. It consists of a case 3 on which an adjustable flash support 6 is fixed. This case comprises an opening 4 situated at the rear of the apparatus allowing a flash to be fitted. The light from the flash passes through a window 12 with two guides used for sliding filters. The light arrives in a mixing chamber 15 which includes a reflector 16 returning the light thus mixed onto a window 18 where the slide is arranged. The device according to the invention is intended in particular for slide reproduction for amateur photographers.

Description

DEVICE FOR REPRODUCING SLIDES
The invention relates to an accessory for reproducing slides.

 The currently existing breeders have an incorporated light source giving light in the form of daylight (58000Xelvin) or artificial light (34000Kelvin) light as well as a frosted lens used to diffuse said light.

These breeders have the disadvantages
- the presence of frosted under the document to be reproduced,
the grain of the frosted material likely to be reproduced on the duplicate,
- the light does not pass through the frosted enough and is
disperses in parallel,
- the chambers forming part of the reproducers do not diffuse a homogeneous light,
- the cost caused by the obligation to use a flash
incorporated in the reproducer,
The object of the invention is:
- to remove the inconvenience of having a frosted under
the document to be reproduced,
- to have a better quality light, the chamber allowing a homogeneous mixture of this light,
- the use of any flash available
an amateur.

The device according to the invention overcomes
these disadvantages.

It has an open shoebox at the back allowing to incorporate a flash, this one
being fixed on an adjustable support.The flash of the flash
at the time of the shooting crosses a window in
which filters can be slid for adjusting the intensity and / or color of the light.

Then the lightning arrives in the light mixing chamber which is covered with a silver metallic coating.

This chamber also comprises a reflector inclined at 45 covered with the same coating and on which is placed a polystyrene plate. The light mixes at this level. The polystyrene returns a soft light and the metallic coating a hard light. The whole allows to have a more homogeneous litter. The litter is then returned through a window located on the top of the case which is the slide to reproduce. This window which does not include any frosting can be of different formats depending on the slide to be reproduced.

 An embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of non-limiting example with reference to the accompanying drawing.

Figure 1 shows the device in perspective.

Figure 2 shows the apparatus in axial section.

In Figure 2 the device schematically comprises a dotted camera (1) mounted on a foot (2). The boot (3) has an opening (4) at the back of the device for incorporating a t * of flash. This flash (5) is attached to the device using an adjustable support (6) allowing all the amateur flash-photos to be adapted. This support has a slot (7) and a claw (8) where the flash shoe is attached. The flash positioning adjustments are made using 2 knurled screws (9). The shoemaker also has a slot (10) which makes it possible to double the support setting, This flash is electrically connected to the camera and fires at shooting. The flash light goes through a window (11) where filters held by 2 guides (12) can be placed. These filters are slid into a slot ( 13) located in a recess (14) provided in relation to the format of the filters sold. The lightning then reaches the light-melting chamber (15) which includes a reflector (16) partially covered on the central part with a polystyrene plate (17) in a format comparable to the slide to be reproduced. The light is then returned to tr in front of a window (18) where the slide (19) to be reproduced is arranged. The apparatus also consists of a lamp (20) which is used for focusing and framing the slide in the camera. A pipe (21) is arranged above this lamp to dissipate the heat given off by it. A screen (22) prevents any stray light from reaching the lens (23) of the camera. Means for holding the slides can be provided for example by flexible magnets (24) bearing on the edges of the cover of the slides attracted to the metal of the case.

 The device according to the invention is intended for reproducing slides or for producing special effects. It is intended more particularly for amateur photographers.

Claims (7)

 REVENTD ICATION S  1.- Accessory for the reproduction of slides characterized in that it consists of a shoemaker (3) comprising ~ a flash support (6) an opening (4) for the introduction of the flash head followed by a window (13) for receiving and holding the filters, then a light mixing chamber (15) in which is arranged a reflector (16) and a window (18) for receiving the slide where the light arrives.  2.- Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the flash support (6) consists of an adjustable arm provided with a slot (7), the fixing of this arm is provided on the case which also includes a slot (10), using a knurled screw (9). Said arm supports a tab in which is included a claw (8)  3.- Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the window (11) has 2 guides (2> -ser- sant to maintain the filters and a filter receiving slot located in a recess (13)  4.- Accessory according to claim 1 to 3 characterized in that the light mixing chamber (15) is covered with a silver metallic coating.  5.- Device according to claim 4 characterized in that the reflector (16) oriented at 450 also covered with a silver metallic coating comprises a polystyrene plate (17) disposed on the central part opposite the window (18). Its format is approximately identical to this window.  6.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the window (18) is constituted by a simple cutting of the upper face of the shoemaker and of a format suitable for slides  7.- Device according to claim 6 ca Xterized in that the slide is held by flexible magnets (24) resting on the case made of steel.
