Abstract

Electronic personal weighing scales managed by a microprocessor. The two foot positions P are separated by an empty space and connected by a vermilion red circle 1 of 70 mm diameter on which the weight is displayed, and by a dark ultramarine blue square 7 of 70 mm side on which the sensor is situated. The digital display is given on the detachable reading case 1. Resetting is automatic. The detachable reading box 1 keeps the weight in memory. On the back of the reading case 1, an incorporated ring or a magnet of 70 mm diameter makes it possible to hang the personal weighing scales on the wall in order to store it.

Start-up
Insert the 6 batteries in their compartment, respecting the polarities (4).

 Place the device on a level surface.

The weighing :
Before going up on the scale, give a foot impulse on the platform in order to put it under tension, wait until the "OO"'appears. Weighing is then possible; the detachable reading case can keep the weight in memory.

Otherwise the scale will turn off automatically.

 Wall mounting possible by ring (1) incorporated under the reading box.

 Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are on a 1/2 size scale.

 The red circle (1) in the center has a diameter of 70mm.

 In (4) is indicated the case of 6 batteries 1.5 volt R6 (Alkaline). The surface of its opening cover is 160 x 35 mm with tab to open it.

 Figure 3 shows the profile view of the left side of the scale with a total thickness of 45mm.

 In (6) is indicated the hollow joint which allows the pressure of the weight which causes the bending of 5/10 mm on the sensor.

The operation of this electronic scale is as follows
The rectified aluminum sensor (C) works by bending of 5/10 mm thanks to the holes (8) in its center which make it sensitive.

 It transmits this flexion to the electronic micro and analogy card (M) which translates the weight into figures and sends this information to the display card (A) which writes it in digital display in the reading box (1).

 This box (1) is detachable and keeps the display of the weight in memory.

 Figure 6 6 shows an axonometric view of the mounting of the scale.

 In (1) is indicated the removable digital display unit.

 In (5) is indicated the molded plastic shell which forms the nlateau or cover above the scale.

 In (5) is indicated the plastic shell which forms the underside of the scale's "box".

 Figure 7 7 shows a color photograph of the scale seen from above.

 The detachable digital display unit is vermilion red, smooth and shiny as well as the fixed part of the cylinder which forms the display unit with the back hanging on the wall.

 The square between the two feet is dark ultramarine blue, smooth and shiny.

 - Apart from vermilion red and dark ultramarine blue, the whole scale is anthracite gray, smooth and satin.
