Abstract

Instrument for rhythmic musical accompaniment. The invention relates to an instrument for musical accompaniment and also a toy. This instrument consists of a string and two hollow balls each containing small balls. A hole passes through the middle of each of the two balls, each end of the string being inserted into this hole so as to link the two balls. The balls are resistant to impacts in the course of the game.

Description

The present invention is a musical accompaniment instrument and also a toy.

It is made up of two balls, each containing small balls inside and a string (fig. 1). A hole goes through the middle of each of the balls. Each ball is linked to each end of the string. Each of the balls rests between two knots knotted at each end of the string. One of the balls is called I "BUTEUR" and the other the "STATIONARY". They are very resistant to shock during play.

To play this instrument, simply place one of the balls that will be called the "STATIONARY" in the hand between the Index and the Major (fig.2), palm facing the sky, thus leaving the second ball which we will call the "BUUTTER" suspended like a plumb at the end of the string on the back of the hand (fig.2). We close the four fingers slightly (except the thumb) against each other, the string is thus clamped between the index and the middle finger. We press the thumb lightly against the "STATIOXNAIRE". it is then enough to make a reversal of the hand and to rock the "BUTEUR" which passes above the index and the thumb to knock the "STATIONARY" (fig. 5). In this case, all five fingers are slightly inclined towards the "STATIONARY" to allow a clearer encounter between the "GOALER" and the "STATIONARY".

We repeat the same gesture in reverse order allowing the "BU
TEUR "to knock on the back of all five fingers (fig.4).

When the "GOALER" has thus returned to bang the "STATIONARY" by passing to the back of the five fingers, the five fingers are closed automatically and slightly, starting with the little finger. The two balls are contained in the pause thus closed (fig. 4). The two balls are shaken with a lively gesture so that the noise of the meeting of the two balls succeeds the noise of the balls inside. We release the "BUTTER" immediately and by turning the hand, thus allowing the "BUTTER" to punch the "STATIONARY" and so on ..., and all this in a cadence followed according to the choice of the player.

The Rhythmic Musical Accompaniment Instrument is a creation!
