Abstract

The surface device makes it possible to recover continuously the surface water layer of a swimming pool 1. This device comprises a throat 21 running around the whole swimming pool 1 and means 41, 19, 20, 25 for conveying the water collected by this throat towards the swimming pool means 2 for recycling and treating the pool water. The throat 21 consists of an assembly of prefabricated elements 29 which are aligned end to end and designed to be directly laid and sealed on the brim 8 of the swimming pool between the lateral walls 4 of the pool 1 and the means 6 for conveying the water flowing onto the surfaces 3 and comprising a recess 31 in the shape of a channel with a flat bottom forming a collector for the surface water which is continuously recovered. Use in particular for equipping newly built swimming pools or standardising existing swimming pools.
