Abstract

Suivant ce procédé, on effectue la lyophilisation sur une série d'échantillons-étalons comprenant chacun un récipient-éprouvette ouvert 3 à 8 contenant d'une part des billes 9 d'un diamètre donné, ce diamètre variant d'un récipient à l'autre, et d'autre part de l'eau, ou un autre solvant 10, jusqu'à un niveau au plus égal au niveau supérieur des billes, et l'on mesure l'évolution de la quantité de solvant sublimée dans les différents échantillons-étalons en fonction du temps. Application à l'étude de la lyophilisation de divers produits. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
