Abstract

L'invention concerne les instruments du type "remueur de vins automatique" permettant la décantation rapide des vins en bouteille, par grosses quantités à la fois, et automatiquement. Il comprend essentiellement, un plateau 12, des vis porteuses 3, des paliers filetés 4, un cadre support 1, des motoréducteurs électriques ou hydrauliques 5, des galets de rampe 6, des rampes d'inclinaison 10, un générateur de fréquences 13, une couronne à billes à dentures internes 2, des cages à roulements 9, une transmission à chaînes à rouleaux 11, des crochets de verrouillage et déverrouillage automatiques 8, des tiges de déverrouillage 7. Parmi les applications les plus intéressantes de l'invention, on peut citer le remuage rapide du vin à décanter 24 heures sur 24, sans manutention humaine. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
