Abstract

Electrically-powered cooking vessel comprising a muffle 1 provided with at least one bottom heating element 20, 21, an air circulation turbine (fan) 8 in the rear wall 4 of the muffle 1, a diffuser plate 11 directing the forced air into the muffle, at least one top heating element 30, 31, a heating element 10 ventilated by the air circulation from the turbine (fan) and an electrical switching device comprising contacts for selectively turning on the various heating elements and the turbine (fan). The switching device comprises a position in which only the bottom heating element and the air circulation turbine (fan) are turned on, the top heating element and the ventilated heating element thus being turned off.
