Abstract

Roulement étanche comprenant au moins une bague de roulement 8 avec surface frontale radiale 15 sur laquelle est appliquée la surface d'appui 14 d'une bague d'appui 9. La surface d'appui et/ou la surface frontale comportent au moins une rainure annulaire 16 dans laquelle est monté un anneau d'étanchéité 20 fermé, déformable élastiquement en direction axiale. Pour améliorer l'assemblage et l'étanchéité du roulement, l'anneau d'étanchéité 20 est aussi déformable élastiquement en direction périmétrique et est agencé de manière à s'appliquer sous contrainte élastique contre une paroi 18 de la rainure annulaire 16, orientée radialement obliquement vers le fond 17 de cette rainure 16.
