Abstract

a. Device for turning over portions, preferably of long-shelf-life bakery products. b. Device characterised in that the turning-over device has the configuration of a turning-over drum 1 placed so as to be able to rotate on a shaft 5, which drum has several coaxial position retention clamps on its circumference, and in that, in the turning-over zone, on each side of the retention clamps, are located separation partitions 12 which are fastened, in the stationary position, to a shaft 13 arranged on a support arm 14, and in that the conveying device and the discharge device are arranged axially with respect to the turning-over drum 1. c. The invention relates to a device for turning over portions, preferably of long-shelf-life bakery products.
