Abstract

Addition to an electronic agenda device and method for its operation allowing the management of meetings as completely as by means of the manually-held agenda with numerous advantages, chief among which is the removal of the movement necessary for holding them, when they are attended by more than one person. It comprises at least an interdependent directing station and a secretarial station, on which the visual display of the meeting is brought about by a network of luminous "tiles" (1-2), each station comprising: - a display element and an element for acquisition of month, day, timetable and meeting duration data; - an element for acquisition and display of alphanumeric data (keyboard and screen 8); - in one variant of the invention, the apparatuses connected directly to an existing computer installation are devoid of an integrated keyboard; - in another variant, the system is managed and served by the preexisting computer installation; - and, solely for the directing stations, a backup and printing element (printer 7). The invention may be used in any firm for managing meetings with one or more agendas, simultaneously.
