Description

1-DLSCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un procédé de marquage par un système en creux et en relief.
Ce procédé est particulièrement destiné au marquage des fromages, sur le fromage lui-même.
Jusqu'à présent, le marquage des fromages était effectué par une étiquette apposée sur le fromage ou sur tous matériaux enrobant le fromage, ou par un tampon encreur.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet d'apposer toutes marques, signes distinctifs, publicités ou autres sur le fromage lui-même, en creux ou en relief.
Le tracé en creux et relief sur le fromage est obtenu par pressage d'un disque de polypropylène comportant la reproduction désirée.
La reproduction est obtenue par ultra-sons ou par travail à fer chaud, ou tout autre procédé.
La reproduction obtenue est indélébile.

Claims (2)

  2. 2-REVENDICATION
    Dispositif permettant le marquage en creux et en relief, de façon indélébile, de tout produit présentant une maléabilité totale ou partielle, et notamment de tout fromage à pâte molle ou pâte pressée, de toutes marques; signes distinctifs, publicités ou autres, par le pressage du produit, et notamment de fromages, à l'aide d'un disque de polypropylène gravé par ultra-sons ou par fer chaud;
