Abstract

The present invention comes within the sector of conventional infantry weapons. Its subject is a mortar pseudo-projectile which is inert, which serves as a reducing tube for a sub-calibre projectile, which remains in the mortar after firing this sub-calibre projectile, and which is removed from it in order to serve for launching a new sub-calibre projectile. This device makes it possible to carry out the most economical and most realistic firing for training purposes.
