Description

BICYCLETTE EN ANTEBIAUX CO RES IMBLAGE DLE @@@ SONS RI@@ DE la vrerente invention concerne le cadre de bicyclette dont les tubes en matèriaux composite qui le compose sont assemblées par enroulements de fi s et tissaus inprégnés de résine thermodurcissable.
Actuellement, une évolution vient de paraitre dans la compoaltion des cadrés de dicyclette. Les tubes en acier ou en duralinox viennent d'être remplacés par des tubes en matériaux composite, principalement en carbone/apoxy. Les tubes sont réunis entre-eux par des manchons, le tout étant collés C'est pour remplacer ce type d'assemblage : matériaux de dilatation différente, d'où collage incertain, poids des raccords.
La présente invention diminue le roids du cadre et les produits de base étant indentique pour rénnir l''ensemble, la solidité s'en trouve seorue.
L'exposé qui suit explique comment peut se fairell'assemblage des tubes, ce procédé de fabrication faisant l'objet de l'invention.
Prenons comme exemple l'assemblage du tube supérieur avec la douille de direction? L'embout du tube supérieur a son diamètre extérieur diminué de 2 i/i environ sur une longueur de S cm.
environ, l'embout arrondi, pour venir épouser le contour de la douille de direction. Egalement, la douille de direction, dans la partie de jonction avec le tube supérieur z son diamètre diminué de 2 m/m environ, sur une Hauteur de 10 i/i environ en plus du diauetre du tube supérieur. Ces allègements étant faits les deux pièces sont réunies par collage, avec l'angle dégini.
L'opération principale consiste à dépeser des bandes de tieaus unidirectionnelles ou autres imprégnées de résine thermedurchssable, ainsi qu'à enrouler de. file imprégnés d'une même résine autour de l'assemblage des deux tubes. L'épaisseur de ces tissus et fils viennent remplir les allègements pratiqués sur les tubes au départ de l'opération. Suivant les efforts demandés i la rupture, ses ligatures pourront éventuellement dépassémule diamètre de base des tubes.

REVENDICATION
1 - Assemblage sans piece de raccord des éléments de cadre de bicyclette en matériaux composite, caractérisé en ce que les tubes ont des diametres extérieurs diminués dans les parties servant à l'assemblage, et en ce que les creux ainsi formés sont remplis de tissus ou fils imprégnés de résine thermodurcissable.
