Abstract

Inertial winch for take off by gliders. The invention relates to a glider winch equipped with an inertial fly wheel making it possible to have available significant instantaneous power although the energy is supplied by a low-power motor. It is constituted by an inertial fly wheel 3 flanked by two transmissions 2 and 4 which are themselves linked to an engine 1 and a drum 5.
