Abstract

This support consists of a plate 11 which has a form identical to, but a surface substantially larger than, that of the cheese 4 and is equipped with at least one spike 3 perpendicular to the plate and whose height is greater than the thickness of the cheese, so that, the spike passing through the body of the cheese, its upper end constitutes a gripping member making it possible to grasp the cheese without manual contact.
