Abstract

A device according to the invention comprises a basket 1 whose top is open and which is equipped with a means 4, for example a ring, for holding it in a position which is close to the vertical; the bottom of the basket is perforated with at least two holes. It also comprises as many sleeves 9 as there are holes; the said sleeves hang beneath the base of the basket 1 and communicate therewith by means of the said holes; at their lower end, these sleeves comprise a partial closure device 10 with variable opening of the frustoconical constriction type, made from elastic material. The device according to the invention may also comprise a cover 2 connected to the basket by a hinge-type linking means 3.
