Abstract

This machine is used to position the joints on joinery elements such as windows (struts or crossbars). This system functions with any joinery element made out of wood, aluminium and on certain joinery elements made out of plastics. Using this machine, the joint 6 is directly fixed in the slit of the crossbar or of the strut. To carry out this work, four main elements are provided: - a jack 1 pinches the joint and holds it in place before causing the joinery element to slide; - a jack 3 fitted with a profiled knife 4 cuts the joint 6 at the end of each crossbar or strut; - the positioning slideway 5 in which the joint 6 is placed. At its end, the small wheel 2 pushes the joint into the slit of the strut or of the crossbar. The small wheel is machined according to the shape of the joint selected initially; - two driving rollers make it possible to move the wood forward along the machine.

La présente invention concerne une machine servant à positionner les joints d'étanchéité sur des menuiseries : menuiseries bois , aluminium et certaines menuiseries plastiques.

Son utilisation est très fréquente pour les montants ou traverses qui composent les fenêtres.La vue générale de la machine est présentée sur le dessin 1/7 . La roulette enfonce le joint 6 dans le bois .Le bois o-u élément de menuiserie rentre alors en contact a-vec l'un des contacteurs 10 .Ce dernier met en marche l':électrovanne et son temporisateur qui lui même agit sur le vérin 1 .Il bloque le joint 6 . & s galets 19 entrainent toujours le bois il- y a donc glissement entre le bois et- le joint 6 .Lorsque l'électrovanne réagit le vérin 1 libère le joint 6 il est entrainé par le bois qui apparait muni du joint 6 . Arrivé en bout de course le bois n'est plus en contact avec le contacteur 10 .Ce dernier agit sur un autre électrovanne qui laisse au bois le temps de parcourir la distance "roulette-couteau" Lorsque le contact est fini le vérin 3 réagit et le couteau 4 coupe le joint au bon endroit. Dans ce même temps le vérin 1 a été de nouveau bloquer le joint 6.Un troisième électrovanne relié aux contacteurs 10 arrête le moteur 25 durant la coupe du joint .Ce laps de temps est imperceptible. Le moteur repart lorsque le vérin 3 a repris sa position initiale. Le bois est de nouveau entraîné par les galets 19 et sort de la machine muni de son joint 6.

At the end of the stroke, the wood is no longer in contact with the contactor 10. The latter acts on another solenoid valve which gives the wood time to travel the distance "roller-knife" When the contact is finished the jack 3 reacts and the knife 4 cuts the joint in the right place. At the same time, the jack 1 was again blocking the seal 6. A third solenoid valve connected to the contactors 10 stops the motor 25 during the cutting of the seal. This period of time is imperceptible. The engine starts again when the jack 3 has returned to its initial position. The wood is again entrained by the rollers 19 and leaves the machine provided with its seal 6.
