La présente invention concerne un matériel chirurgical auriculaire biocompatible Carbone-carbone.

Il s'agit
- d'aérateur transtympanique, appelé communément "dialolo", "yoyo", permettant d'établir Itéquipression et l'aération de l'oreille moyenne,
- de prothèse partielle ou totale permettant de restaurer l'effet columelaire.

Ce dispositif, déjà utilisé, était rejeté1 dans un délai plus ou moins bref, annulant l'effet recherché et obligeant à ut autre intervention.
L'avantage de ce nouveau matériau réside essentiellement dans sa biocompatibilité et retarde nettement l'élimination; exemple
- le maintien en place d'un diabolo en plastique ne de passe pas 18 mois, alors qu'un diabolo en Carbone-Carbone dépasse largement ce temps.
