DISPOSITIFS CHIRURGICAUX AURICULAIRES EN CARBONE-CARBONE. L'INVENTION CONCERNE L'UTILISATION DE PROTHESES COMPOSITES DONT LA BIOCOMPATIBILITE CONDUIT A UNE DUREE DE MAINTIEN EN PLACE BEAUCOUP PLUS LONGUE ET A UNE MEILLEURE SECURITE D'UTILISATION.

Description

PROTE SES AURICULAIRES EN CARBONE-CARBONE
La présente invention concerne un matériel chirurgical auriculaire biocompatible Carbone-carbone.
Il s'agit
- d'aérateur transtympanique, appelé communément "dialolo", "yoyo", permettant d'établir Itéquipression et l'aération de l'oreille moyenne,
- de prothèse partielle ou totale permettant de restaurer l'effet columelaire.
Ce dispositif, déjà utilisé, était rejeté1 dans un délai plus ou moins bref, annulant l'effet recherché et obligeant à ut autre intervention.
L'avantage de ce nouveau matériau réside essentiellement dans sa biocompatibilité et retarde nettement l'élimination; exemple
- le maintien en place d'un diabolo en plastique ne de passe pas 18 mois, alors qu'un diabolo en Carbone-Carbone dépasse largement ce temps.
Il s'agit du carbone-carbone, matériau composite composé de fibres et d'une matrice.
Il possède
- les caractéristiques mécaniques des composites : RESISTANT
NON FRAGILE,
- les propriétés physico-chimiques du Carbone : INERTE BlO-
COMPATIBLE.
La biocompatibilité de matériel en Carbone-Carbone permet d'être toléré par l'organisme en raison des faibles réactions d'exclusion immunologique.

  1. REVENDICATION
    Aérateur et prothèse totale ou partielle de l'oreille moyenne, caractérisée en ce que ces prothèses sont en Carbone
    Carbone, qui grâce à leur biocompatibilité conduisent à un maintien en place plus long.
