Abstract

The device detects a rapid or slow deceleration of a moving object, particularly a vehicle, and distinguishes between them. The device has two complementary functions: the first is to actuate the brake lights in the event of slow deceleration and the second is to actuate a flashing light in the event of rapid or abrupt deceleration. During slow deceleration, the pulse 11 brings on the lamp 5 by means of 4. The device 10 is used to actuate the brake lights 9.
