Abstract

Description

BUILT-IN STAMP
The present invention relates to a portable stamp with incorporated buffer of the type intended to be placed on a table, a desk or a writing desk and, in particular, as a decorative object.

 Up to now, attempts have been made to make stamps with incorporated buffers or which are linked to them. The said attempts were limited and resulted in stamps incorporated into feathers, stylographs or writing instruments so as not to catch people who, when signing outside of their office, must also affix a stamp.

 The object of the present invention is to produce an office stamp with an incorporated buffer having the inscriptions (writings and / or drawings or figures), which are easily interchangeable, which must also be an object of satisfactory aesthetic appearance.

 The stamp in question consists of an essentially aesthetic handle representing an animated subject or not, for example a person or a stylized object, at the base of which is provided a support whose base is flat, said support-of said handle being characterized by the fact that on its flat base it has a stamp proper fixed to said base by adequate means and a stamp for stamping mounted from the outside on said support, contained in a container with a flat base and with walls elastic capable of coupling, with the desired degree of attachment, to the external wall of the stamp holder support itself located at the base of the stylized aesthetic handle.

 Another characteristic of the invention consists in the fact that the means for fixing the seal itself on the flat base of the support are constituted by a groove delimiting a hollow with a flat base inside said base (the depth of this hollow being approximately equal to the thickness of the rubber base with the seal). Said hollow is able to receive said seal which is embedded therein and this with a projection relative to said seat; said stamp fixing means allow rapid substitution of the stamp itself with other spare stamps with the desired inscriptions and / or drawings.

 As is clear from the figures which reproduce an exemplary embodiment, the stamp in question is essentially composed of a handle 1 of spherical shape representing a stylized figure.

 Said handle 1 representing a figure is provided at the upper part with a hair cap 3 representing the hair of said stylized subject reproduced on the handle 1, a support base 5 being provided at the lower part in the form of a spherical cap ending by a lower flat surface.

 On the flat surface 7 of said spherical cap is disposed the rubber stamp 9 representing drawings and inscriptions according to the wishes of the user.

 The spherical cap 5, support for the decorative element or handle 1, and the seal 9 are suitable for being coupled by a slight embedding with the suitable container containing the ink pad 11 provided in the form of a plan at 13, which container has walls cylindrical 15 of height proportional to the height of the spherical cap 5.

 The cylindrical walls 15 of the buffer holder 11 are provided longitudinally with suitable slots 17 which give the walls a certain degree of elasticity and resistance so that the buffer holder 11, once inserted on the cap 5, does not come off it. with too much ease.

 The seal 9 is intended to be applied to the flat surface 7 of the spherical cap 5 according to one of the means used to apply rubber seals to a stamp holder, for example by means of glue or other conventional means.

 If it is desired to change the inscription often and therefore the stamp in the device in question, there is provided a particular method of attachment not shown in the figures.

 According to said method of attachment, the flat part 7 of the cap 5 is provided with a hollow with a flat bottom circumferentially delimited at the edge by a groove made inside the flat wall. The diameter of said hollow is substantially equal to the diameter of the rubber seal 9.

The depth of said recess, relative to the flat base 7 of the support, is approximately equal to the thickness of the rubber of the seal 9. The smooth part of the support side of said seal 9 must be able to be accommodated in said recess while the raised part opposite to said smooth part, and having inscription or figure, must protrude from said hollow and from base 7 in order to be able to ensure stamping.

 The method of attachment described allows easy and convenient substitution on the stamp stamp of rubber stamps chosen from those available to the user without having to use solvents or other products.

 The user can therefore put in the stamp holder in question the necessary inscriptions and drawings chosen according to his criteria from the collection of stamps in his possession and personalize his mail, tickets or any document on which he must affix the stamp.
