Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus making it possible to catch aggresive cats by the neck, without the danger of the user being bitten or scratched and of the cat being strangled. It consists of a rod 1 having a handle 2, 14 at one end, while the other end has a fixed jaw 3 and a hinged jaw 4.
