Abstract

Improved medical record card, characterised in that it comprises in combination a record card of treatment relating to the particular patient, and a pocket for holding dental X-ray films, with means being provided for joining the said record card and the said pocket together.

La présente invention a pour objet une nouvelle fiche médicale perfectionnée et plus particulièrement, mais non exclusivement, une fiche combinée avec une pochette porte-films de radio dentaire.
