Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a hitching device between a tractor vehicle and a drawn vehicle or another vehicle hitched to a tractor, comprising a coupling fifth wheel 5 which is carried by the tractor vehicle and in which there is engaged and locked a kingpin 4 securely fastened to the drawn vehicle. According to the invention, the coupling fifth wheel 5 is mounted both pivotably and longitudinally movably with respect to the framework 2 or 14 of the tractor vehicle and carries a guiding means 12 interacting with a ramp 13 securely fastened to this framework and directed rearwards from the axle of the said framework. It comprises means 9 carried by the drawn vehicle securely fastening it rotatably with the coupling fifth wheel.
