Abstract

The invention relates to a toothbrush and a razor obtained from one and the same hollow-handled support by virtue of a blade holder, with two slides perpendicular to each other, which can be fitted by means of spikes in the preliminary holes of the toothbrush before the bristles are fitted. The toothbrush and the razor thus designed may be protected by two identical covers or a double cover.

Description

 The present invention relates to a toothbrush and a razor obtained from the same support with a hollow handle for housing therein either a small tube of toothpaste for the toothbrush and a small tube of shaving cream for the razor, or a dose sachet of deiltifrice for the toothbrush and one dose sachet of shaving cream for the razor.

 There are commercially available toothbrushes and razors of many types and in particular toothbrushes and razors which can be used with similar handles or the same handle adjustable both to the stacked head of the toothbrush and subsequent to a razor blade holder.

 In the latter case, there is no technical link - between the brush head and the blade holder.

 According to the invention, there is a technical link between the toothbrush and 19 razor; indeed, let’s look at a commercial toothbrush before stacking: the part to be stacked has pilot holes in which will be inserted. one of the tufts of hair at the time of stacking.

 Decide not to stack this toothbrush but to fix it using the pilot holes a piece capable of supporting a razor blade type double blade.

 We made a razor from a toothbrush. In the following we will call this piece the blade holder.

 According to a first variant, the blade can be mounted in the use position on its blade holder; the toothbrush that has become a razor has all the useful characteristics of a razor with a replaceable blade after wear.

 According to a second variant, the handle of the razor obtained above may be hollow and provided with a stopper so as to be able to contain a small tube or a dose sachet of shaving cream.

 The device according to the invention allows the blade holder as well as the blade used but not worn to be covered, after use, by a snap-on cover of the same shape and size as that which can be used to protect the toothbrush. obtained by stacking the original support.

 One can imagine that the carrier is provided in its lower part with as many pins (h) as the toothbrush has pilot holes (i) before stacking (figureQplanche3 / 3).

Each spike is obviously of the same volume as the corresponding pilot hole. In reality, a small number of well arranged pins allows perfect rigidity of the blade holder once mounted.

 As shown, the blade support is only fixed by 5 pins in the pilot holes in figures d, e, f, which in testing proved clearly sufficient.

 The blade holder of the board 3/3 is presented as a single piece giving the possibility of the blade to be fixed by sliding in the position of use, ie perpendicular to the handle, while respecting a cutting angle (j) figure d, ideal for using the razor, and after shaving between removed from this position to be fixed, always by sliding longitudinally to the handle while waiting for the next shave.

 This possibility of longitudinal fixing of the blade allows a reduction of the space requirement at the blade holder and above all the possibility of protecting the assembly by a cover represented by FIGS. 6-7-8-9- of the board 173.

 This blade holder, the main element of the invention is therefore a part allowing the positioning by sliding of a double razor blade both perpendicularly to the handle for the shaving action and longitudinally for the conservation and protection of the blade.

The cover shown in Figures 6-7-8-9- of Plate 1/3 has the following characteristics:
10) It is internally provided with a rail for either guiding the toothbrush head or the razor head obtained as seen previously. The movement of the slide inside the rail is in no way hindered by the bristles of the brush or the blade holder, FIGS. 8 and 9 show this slide in sectional section, as well as in longitudinal section.

 10) A production of the invention may be provided by strictly respecting the boards 1/3 and 2/3 on scale 1, the ligatures of the board 3/3 are all on scale 3.

 10) The toothbrushes and razors obtained from the same hollow handle are characterized by a monolithic blade-holder part, adjustable by pins on the front toothbrush holes before stacking, which comprises a vertical slide and a longitudinal slide respectively for use and protection of a double blade razor blade.  20) The toothbrushes and razors obtained from the same hollow handle according to claim 1 are characterized in that it is possible, taking into account the similarity of their head size, (once the blade is placed in the longitudinal position for the razor) to be protected by identical cat pots or a double cover for a combined presentation.
