Abstract

MATIERE IMITANT LE GALUCHAT (LA PEAU DE REQUIN OU DE RAIE PREPAREE ET TEINTEE). PROCEDE D'IMITATION DE LA PEAU BRUTE OU PONCEE DE REQUIN OU DE RAIE, APPELE GALUCHAT; DANS TOUTES LES NUANCES AVEC COLLAGE ET DECOUPE TRES SIMPLES SUR TOUS SUPPORTS. RESULTAT OBTENU PAR MOULAGE ET MISE EN TEINTE DECORATIVE DE DIFFERENTES MATIERES DE COULAGE. L'INVENTION PEUT ETRE UTILISEE POUR TOUTES DECORATIONS ET MATIERES DE PROTECTION.

Description

Matière imitant le galuchat(la peau de requin ou de raie préparée et teintée).
La présente invention concerne le procédé d'imitation de la peaubrute ou poncée du requin ou de la raie,dans n'importe quelle couleur et nuance,pour etre utilisé dans le gainage d'objets tels que coffrets,cornmodes,tables,etc
Dans les cas d'imitation de galuchat connus,on peut citer les décors peints les peintures spictées (projection de goutelettes de peinture),les peintures pochées et poncées.
De telles imitations ont un effet décoratif approchant le galuchat,mais n'ont pas la perfection de la matière.
Ce procédésuivant l'invention,permet la réplique exacte du galuchat dans ses moindres détails,et aussi un procédé de collage et de découpage très simples,sur n'importe quel support ou matière transparente.
Pour obtenir ce résultat,il faut se procurer de véritables peaux de requin ou de raie,et faire sur ces peaux un moulage à k'aided'un élastomère pour reproduire l'aspect de la peau.
Pour l'obtenir,il faut les coller à l'aide de presses sur un support plat et rigide,huiler la peau à l'aide d'huile de vaseline,étaler sur la peau un élastomère silicone élastique et résistant,catalysé,laisser sécher 24 heures,retirer ensuite la pellicule qui est une réplique en creux de la peau d'origine.
Après avoir obtenu cette empreinte,il faut poncer la peau pour obtenir une seconde rnatière,refaire un second moulage pour obtenir une empreinte gar peau brute et une empreinte par peau poncée,recouvrir ces empreintes ainsi obtenues,selon le futur emploi 9 à l'aide soit de peinture vinylique ou acrylique "Rubson"par exemple ,polyester,pol#uréthane,platre, toute matière permettant le moulage,en les colorant à la demande dans la masse.
Il faut laisser durcir,puis,teinter la matière obtenue dans les nuances dé sirées,avec l'application d'une peinture le plus souvent nacrée superficiel lement.
Ce procédé,objet de l'invention,peut être utilisé comme matière décorative et de protection dans le bàtiment,l'aneublement,le sanitaire,les travaux artistiques, le gainage et l'ébenisterie.

Claims (4)

REVENDICATIONS
1. Création d'une matière imitant la peau de requin ou de raie brute ou poncée appelée galuchat par un procédé de moulage et teinture de la matière imitant dans ses moindres détails le véritable galuchat,caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue de la façon suivante
se seprocurer de véritables peaux de requin ou de raie,
2/ les coller sur un support rigide à l'aide de presses,
3/ les huiler à'huile de vaselines
4/ faire un moulage à l'aide d'élastomère catalysé,laîsser sécher 24 heu res,retirer la pellicule qui est une réplique en creux de la peau d'origine 2. Matière imitant la peau de requin ou de raie appelée galuchat,selon la revendication n01. caractérisée en ce que,pour obtenir un aspect différent de la peau,on la ponce puis on fait un autre moulage.
3. Matière imitant la peau de requin-ou de raie appelée galuchat selon les revendications nOS 1. et 2.,caractérisée en ce qu'on recouvre les empreintes ainsi obtenues,selon le futur emploi,à l'aide soit de peinture acrylique ou vinylique "Rubson" par exemple,polyester,pol#uréthane,platre,toute matière permettant le moulage,en les colorant à la demande dans la masse.
On laisse durcir,puis on teinte la matière obtenue dans les nuance désirées avec l'application d'une peinture le plus souvent nacrée superficiellement.
4. Matière imitant la peau de requin ou de raie appelée galuchat,selon les revendications nOS 1. 2. et 3.,#aractérisée en ce qu'elle est utilisée comme matière décorative et de protection dans le batiment,l'ameublement,le sanitaire, les travaux artistiques, le gainage , 1 'ébenisterie.
