UN DISQUE RECOUVERT OU IMPREGNE DE MATIERE MAGNETIQUE SERT DE SUPPORT A LA COMMUNICATION. DEUX APPAREILS SONT PREVUS, L'UN A USAGE COLLECTIF, L'AUTRE A USAGE INDIVIDUEL. L'APPAREIL "COLLECTIF" SE COMPOSE D'UN BOITIER AYANT LES FONCTIONS SUIVANTES: DISTRIBUTION D'UN DISQUE VIERGE, ENREGISTREMENT DE CE DISQUE, ECOUTE DE CET ENREGISTREMENT OU DE TOUT AUTRE DISQUE DEJA ENREGISTRE. UNE HORLOGE A AFFICHAGE DIGITAL PERMET DE CONNAITRE LA DUREE DE L'ENREGISTREMENT. L'APPAREIL "INDIVIDUEL" EST UN BOITIER PERMETTANT L'ECOUTE ET L'ENREGISTREMENT DU DISQUE. Description

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un système de communica tion orale par voie postale, et son procédé d'exploitation par une application non évidente de moyens connus.
Traditionnellement, la communication par voie postale est réalisée au moyen de l'écriture.
Le dispositif proposé selon l'invention permet à l'usager de correspondre par voie postale en utilisant la parole ou tous autres sons.
La communication se réalise par le moyen d'un disque ou d'une carte de format rectangulaire qui se place dans une enfrelop- pe de format courant pour être acheminée par voie postale.
Le disque (ou la carte) est constitué d'un support siéger en matière plastique ou en aluminium recouvert ou imprégné d'une couche de matière magnétique permettant l'enregistrement ou la lecture de la parole et des sons.
Selon l'invention deux dispositifs sont conçus pour l'exploitation et l'utilisation du système:
1 - un appareil à usage collectif - fig. I - constitué d'un boitier permettant après chaque introduction de pièces de monnaies ou de jetons (1/1).
* La distribution (2/1) d'un disque (ou carte)
* L'écoute automatique d'un disque (ou carte) déjà enregis
tré après son introduction dans l'appareil (3/1).
* L'enregistrement d'un disque (ou carte) vièrge ou
enregistré lorsque la touche (4/1) est pressée.
* Le contrôle de la durée de l'enregistrement est assuré
par une horloge à affichage numérique (7/1) qui indique
le temps d'enregistrement restant.
2 - Un appareil à usage individuel - fig. 2 - constitué
d'un boitier permettant l'écoute et/ou l'enregistrement
(3/2)du disque (ou carte) par pression de la touche ad
hoc (2/2).
Le système et les deux dispositifs proposés qui offre un service nouveau - en particulier à certains handicapés (non voyants analphabètes,...) - permettent une fabrication industrielle importante, des débouchés commerciaux et une augmentation notable des services postaux nationaux et internationaux.

Claims (3)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Procédé pour la mise en oeuvre et l'utilisation d'un système de communication orale différée, caractérisé par l'enregis- trement et l'écoute, sur disque ou carte rectangulaire en matiere plastique ou aluminium recouvert ou imprégné de matière magnétique, de messages transmis dans une enveloppe de format courant par voie postale. (fig. 1 et 2).
2) Dispositif pour application du procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un boitier à usage collectif permettant par introduction de pièces de monnaie ou de jetons (l/i) la distribution de supports magnétisés (2/1) !'enregistrement (4/1) de ceux-ci ou de supports déjà enregistrés (la durée des enregistrements étant indiquée par une horloge par affichage numérique (7/1)).
L'écoute automatique des messages (3/1) - (6/1) après introduction dans l'appareil.
3) Dispositif pour application du procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un boitier à usage individuel permettant l'enregistrement (2/2) (3/2) et/ou l'écoute automatique des messages sur les supports ad hoc (1/2) après introduction dans l'appareil.
