Abstract

The subject of the invention relates to a device for balancing ventilation in cellars or cells. It consists of a sealed tank 1 containing a volume of water 2 which does not fill the capacity and in which there is immersed a tube 3 connected to the external air by a calibrated valve 4 at atmospheric pressure with respect to the volume of water, whilst a duct 6 immersed in the cell 8 opens out into the top part of the tank 1 above the fluid level 2. It is intended for distributing pure air taken from outside to the inside of sealed capacities consisting of prefabricated cells and recesses.
