Abstract

Device enabling a system of rotation to be adjusted by way of a rotor 5 conforming to a housing 1, which, in its open section 2, facing propulsion elements, wind or water, channels this flow onto hollow blades 3-4, their ends placed in opposition and interconnected in twos by an arrangement and hole made on the rotor 5, thereby channelling the propulsion elements between the two hollow arms or blades thus assembled on the rotor. As the blades are assembled with their ends in opposition, they are inverted in their high and low position, the blade presenting its hollow part opposite the opening of the housing which catches and channels the propulsion elements being inverted in relation to the low blade which is connected and lies in the opposite direction. The rotation of the rotor intermittently allows each blade to present its hollow face to the admission side, elements channelled by the housing 2 and the elements passing inside the blades result in these blades intermittently and alternately absorbing propulsion or energy-bearing elements and delivering them. The axes of the rotor 7 conform to the lateral housings 6; an electric alternator, a heat pump or any other system utilising the rotation may be coupled to this system by way of the axis of the rotor.
