Description

Récipient permettant de râper sans déperdition de matières ou de suc des éléinents aromatiques ou autres.
La présente invention concerne les récipients comme saladiers ou assimilés permettant de réduire en poudre ou purée des éléments aromatiques comme l'ail sans l'intermédiaire d'un autre instrument.
Dans Itétat actuel de la technique, incorporer l'ail ou urs autre élément à un liquide nécessite l'emploi d'un hachoir, d'un couteau ou d'un presse-ail et occasionne une perte de suc.
Le dispositîfs envisagé selon l'irrvention est une surface abrasive incorporée aux parois intérieures du récipient et permet de râper les éléments aromatiques sans déperdition aucune. La surface abrasive peut être réalisée sur le fond, près du fond, sur les parois latérales du récipient ou même sur un bossage situé près du fond.
Un récipient selon, I'invention peut être réalisé notamment en céramique par tournage ou moulage, la surface abrasive s'obtenant avant émaillage et cuisson soit en travaillant à cru pour la rendre rugueuse la partie interessée, soit en y incorporant de la chamotte d'une granulométrie étudiée.
Le même récipient réalisé en autres matériaux par moulage ou assimilés s'obtient par la mise en oeuvre d'un moule approprié permettant d'obtenir au moulage la surface abrasive.
Le dispositif, objet de l'invention peut être utilisé dans tous les cas nécessitant leu râpage d'un élément sans déperdition dans le récipient d'utilisation.
II peut être utilisé notamment dans diverses applications des domaines des laboratoires et des applications domestiques.

REVENDICATION
1 - Récipient caractérisé par une surface abrasive intérieure non rapporté venant
par fabrication quel qu'en soit le type sur la face interne du récipient.
